The DooCell has a modular design for rapid installation into a limited floor space. Along with the DN Solutions machines and drawer unit, you’ll also get a robot (FANUC M10iA or M20iA), cell integration and robot programming, Industrial Safety Fencing and an HMI touchscreen. All of that is housed in a compact design using minimal floor space.
BIG PARTS STORAGE
Sturdy drawers increase storage capacity.
Each DooCell drawer holds up to 136 kg of parts. Three drawers are standard, but you can have up to six. If you opt for three drawers, max part height is 244 mm. If you go with six drawers, max part height is 114 mm. All of these drawers are accessible from outside the cell so you won’t have to stop your machine cycle.
